This Privacy Policy explains how H Squared Solution (“H Squared,” “we,” “us”), a marketing agency owned and operated by Howard Suh, collects, uses and protects information through hsquaredsolution.com, our client services, and our H Squared Lead Alerts text message program.
- Information We Collect
- Client information: business name, contact name, email, mobile phone number, billing details and service agreement records.
- Lead information processed for clients: when a customer submits a form on a client’s website or ad, we process the details they submit (such as name, phone number, service requested and message) on the client’s behalf.
- SMS consent records: the mobile number enrolled, the date and method of opt-in (the signed service agreement), and opt-out/HELP requests.
- Website data: basic usage data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our website host.
- How We Use Information
- To provide marketing services and deliver lead alerts to our business clients.
- To send H Squared Lead Alerts text messages to clients who opted in.
- To invoice, provide support and communicate about services.
- To comply with legal and carrier requirements.
We do not send marketing text messages to consumers through the Lead Alerts program.
- SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages are delivered through our SMS service provider, Twilio Inc., which processes phone numbers and message content only to deliver messages on our behalf and under its own privacy obligations. - Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Twilio for SMS delivery, Google Workspace for forms and spreadsheets, and our website host), with the client a lead was submitted to, or when required by law. We never sell personal information.
- Data Retention
We keep client and lead records for as long as the client relationship is active and for up to 24 months afterward for records and legal purposes, then delete them. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are kept as long as needed to honor your choices and meet carrier and legal requirements.
- Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled accounts, to protect information. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
- Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
- Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
