These Terms & Conditions govern use of hsquaredsolution.com and services provided by H Squared Solution (“H Squared”), owned by Howard Suh. Client services are also governed by each client’s signed H Squared service agreement; if the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
- Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully. Website content is provided “as is” for information only and does not guarantee any marketing result or lead volume.
- Services
Marketing services, fees and optional add-ons are described in the client’s signed service agreement.
- SMS Terms — H Squared Lead Alerts
- Program name: H Squared Lead Alerts.
- Program description: Automated text alerts sent to H Squared’s business clients (business owners) who opt in, and to H Squared, when a customer submits a lead form on the client’s website or ads. Each alert contains the lead’s name, phone number and requested service. This program does not send marketing messages to consumers.
- How you opt in: Clients opt in in writing by selecting the Lead Alerts add-on in Section 1.5 of their signed H Squared service agreement and providing a mobile number for alerts. See our SMS opt-in page (https://hsquaredsolution.com/sms-opt-in).
- Message frequency varies based on the number of leads your business receives.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Text STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to +1 (323) 471-0955 at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts. To rejoin, reply START or contact us.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in Los Angeles County.
